Food Manager Reviews
4.9
Good course, well laid-out. It would be really nice to have an option to print the slides as a PDF for reference material to study with, or an equivalent accompanying material. I have worked in food service for many years and am aware of the information in the course, but it is always nice to have something to review or use as tools for training employees. Some of the controls for the modules might need a little bit of attention–they are fully functional as is, but it might be nice to be able to rewind the videos before having watched the whole thing for people like me who tend to take extensive notes, regardless of how previous knowledge.
I learned a lot from this and it was good review as well. I feel ready to open our food truck business confidently and know how to read and pass an inspection for the DOA.
very informative
This course was very informative a lot of stuff I knew from the food handlers, but a lot of information gained that I didn’t know so it was very helpful so excited cannot wait to take the exam now.
Good explanations and great directions.
This course was very knowledgeable. Prepare time it’s pretty long.
This course was very useful for me. each and everyone should learn the food safety system.
Good and detailed
I love this course because it is easy to navigate, uses colorful images, easy to understand, and it has quizzes after each lesson. The quizzes makes it a better learning experience. I would recommend this course.
Information is clear and direct, easy to follow and listen to. Would recommend to anyone who needs to take the course.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“The study course was really good and very informative. I learned a lot and everything was explained clearly. Definitely worth taking!”
i appreciated them going into detail about everything and why its so important to do certain things i also liked the information on how/ what foodborne illnesses are/what and how it happens.
As someone who doesn’t test well, this program was the best option for me. The mini-lesson tests were incredibly helpful—they broke the material down into smaller, more manageable pieces and allowed me to learn at my own pace. I felt more confident and less overwhelmed, which made a big difference in my overall experience.
This course was super helpful and easy to follow. It covered everything from food safety and sanitation to team management and proper storage. I liked how practical it was — everything I learned applies directly to real restaurant work. The lessons were clear, and the quizzes made it easy to remember the important parts. Overall, it gave me a lot more confidence in handling food safely and managing operations the right way.
Very through in each section of how to handle food and hygiene.
Really helpful
There was a lot of information, but it was extremely helpful and insightful. I’ll know how well it prepared me when I pass my exam!
